BCPWA produces and hosts the 24th annual Scotiabank AIDS WALK for LIFE happening on Sunday September 20th at Stanley Park.

ALL proceeds raised by the Scotiabank AIDS WALK for LIFE in Greater Vancouver become part of BCPWA’s Complementary Health Fund (CHF), which reimburses our poorer members for expenses where provincial or other health care plans won’t – up to $55 each month. These vital contributions provide alternative health and healing products and services that keep people well, and vitamins and supplements that ward off opportunistic infections. They cover the cost of clean, filtered water, and even modest gym memberships that help keep compromised immune systems as strong as possible. Some of the things most of us would take for granted!BCPWA has over 4600 members, including many who can’t afford the high costs of staying well. But we can only afford to meet the needs of 500 people each month. Your support can help us meet increasing demands on our Complementary Health Fund, and reach out to more of our members in need across BC.
In the face of what continues to be a devastating health crisis for people living with HIV, we need your support and participation.
