Victoria AIDS Resource & Community Service Society (VARCS), is a small non-profit group that provides practical, emotional, and social support to people living with HIV and their caregivers. We provide a drivers' program, home help, advocacy, referrals, home and hospital visits as well as operate the Mobile X needle exchange program.
