RPC Fact Sheet: BC Government Outsourcing

A background check also exposed a less than exemplary reputation for MAXIMUS, the US owned company currently contracted by the provincial government to manage British Columbians' health care records. Evidently, mismanagement of data, computer system failures, and over-billing to customers were just some of the very costly problems identified.
