IT Developments in BC Health Care
An Agreement recently ratified between the provincial government and the BC Medical Association proposes to move forward on a plan to create and implement an Electronic Health Record system BC. For more information, read BCPWA's background paper (below) on the privacy implications surrounding this proposal. Recommended courses of action include writing letters to your family physician and to the BC Minister of Health on this issue (see samples attached).
